Delete your whole account

You can do this yourself, from inside the app. You do not need to contact us.

Open Spectre and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
The app shows you a 4-digit confirmation code. Type it back in to confirm.
The account is deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot reach the app — for example, you lost the device — email irgiamysebi@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we will delete the account for you.

What is deleted

Your email hash and display name are overwritten, so the account can no longer be linked to your email address.
Your private conversations and every message in them, on both sides.
Your photos and voice notes.
Your device records and device history.
Your push notification tokens, notification settings, and notifications.
Everyone you follow and everyone following you; every block you made and every block against you.
Your avatar, cosmetics loadout, showcase, and awards.
Your support tickets and their messages.
Your province-visit records.
All your sessions are revoked.

What is kept, and why

Public posts, replies, votes and reposts. They stay, but they become author-less: the profile behind them no longer resolves to anyone. Deleting them would silently rewrite conversations other people took part in. If you want your posts gone, delete them before deleting your account — see below.
Currency ledgers. Records of Shards and Embers earned or spent. A ledger with holes in it cannot be audited.
Moderation and audit records — reports, strikes, appeals, moderation cases, and staff actions. Retained so that deleting an account cannot be used to erase a report about the account and start over.

None of the kept records contain your email address, because we never stored it.

Delete some of your data, without deleting your account

A post: open the post, tap the menu, choose Delete. Also available under My Posts.
A reply: open the reply's menu and choose Delete.
A conversation: open the chat list, then delete the conversation. Its messages go with it.
Notifications: clear them from the notifications screen.
Photos and voice notes: nothing to do. Photos are deleted automatically after 48 hours, voice notes after 24 hours.

If you would rather we did it, email irgiamysebi@gmail.com and say what you want removed.

Menghapus seluruh akun

Kamu bisa melakukannya sendiri, dari dalam aplikasi. Tidak perlu menghubungi kami.

Buka Spectre dan masuk.
Pergi ke Setelan.
Gulir ke Hapus akun dan tekan.
Aplikasi menampilkan kode konfirmasi 4 angka. Ketik ulang untuk memastikan.
Akun langsung dihapus. Ini tidak bisa dibatalkan.

Kalau kamu tidak bisa membuka aplikasinya — misalnya perangkatmu hilang — kirim email ke irgiamysebi@gmail.com dari alamat yang kamu pakai mendaftar, dan kami yang akan menghapusnya.

Yang dihapus

Hash email dan nama tampilanmu ditimpa, sehingga akunnya tidak bisa lagi dikaitkan ke alamat emailmu.
Percakapan pribadimu beserta seluruh pesannya, di kedua sisi.
Foto dan pesan suaramu.
Catatan perangkat dan riwayat perangkatmu.
Token notifikasi, setelan notifikasi, dan notifikasimu.
Semua yang kamu ikuti dan semua yang mengikutimu; setiap blokir yang kamu buat dan setiap blokir terhadapmu.
Avatar, kosmetik yang terpasang, etalase, dan penghargaanmu.
Tiket dukungan beserta percakapannya.
Catatan kunjungan provinsimu.
Seluruh sesimu dicabut.

Yang tinggal, dan alasannya

Postingan, balasan, vote, dan repost publik. Mereka tinggal, tapi jadi tanpa penulis: profil di baliknya tidak lagi mengarah ke siapa pun. Menghapusnya berarti menulis ulang percakapan yang diikuti orang lain. Kalau kamu ingin postinganmu hilang, hapus dulu sebelum menghapus akun — lihat di bawah.
Buku besar mata uang. Catatan Shard dan Ember yang didapat atau dipakai. Buku besar yang bolong tidak bisa diaudit.
Catatan moderasi dan audit — laporan, strike, banding, kasus moderasi, dan tindakan staf. Disimpan supaya menghapus akun tidak bisa dipakai untuk menghapus laporan tentang akun itu lalu memulai lagi dari nol.

Tidak satu pun catatan yang tinggal memuat alamat emailmu, karena kami memang tidak pernah menyimpannya.

Menghapus sebagian data, tanpa menghapus akun

Sebuah postingan: buka postingannya, tekan menu, pilih Delete. Tersedia juga di My Posts.
Sebuah balasan: buka menu balasannya dan pilih Delete.
Sebuah percakapan: buka daftar chat, lalu hapus percakapannya. Pesannya ikut terhapus.
Notifikasi: bersihkan dari layar notifikasi.
Foto dan pesan suara: tidak perlu apa-apa. Foto otomatis terhapus setelah 48 jam, pesan suara setelah 24 jam.
